When my younger sister landed an interview for a corporate job, she backed out at the last minute. Her heart wasn’t in a 9-to-5 — she dreamed of starting a hair business. Instead of convincing her otherwise, I leaned in and supported her dream of becoming a hairstylist.

One year later, she was ready for her own salon. I invested again and said, “Houston will be our second location!”

Soon, I found myself selling extensions and wigs out of that very space. But something felt off. While the business was doing well, I didn’t feel like I was truly helping people — I wasn’t making the impact I knew I was capable of. That’s when I shifted the focus of the company to a part of the beauty industry that’s too often overlooked: hair loss.

Our ethically sourced hair comes from Eastern Europe and now includes Central America, carefully selected by our team overseas and finished by our specialists in Texas.
