Crafting Your Bespoke Wig

At La' Wig, we are committed to creating luxury wigs with a personal touch. Here's a brief look at our process:

1. Order Placement

Place your order online or in-store with the guidance of our experts.

2. Secure Payment

Complete your purchase through our secure payment system, initiating the creation process.

3. Sourcing Premium Hair

We source top-quality hair from Central America and Europe, ensuring the finest hair for your wig.

4. Foundation Assembly

We skillfully attach the hair to a comfortable foundation, providing a natural fit.

5. Cutting, Coloring, and Styling

Our stylists cut, color, and style the wig according to your specifications, with meticulous attention to detail. Depending on the style, some clients will meet with our network of stylists to ensure the perfect cut that meets their expectations.

6. Post-Delivery Adjustments

Once you receive your wig, you have 24 hours to request adjustments to the cut, color, or style. The clock starts from the delivery notification from FedEx or after you leave your in-store pick-up appointment. If you need to return your wig to La' Wig, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please see our Shipping Policy here. Adding shipping insurance and a signature are a requirement, as La' Wig is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Plan for an additional 2 weeks - 2 months for adjustments if needed. We're committed to meeting your expectations.

7. Corrections and Final Delivery

We make the necessary adjustments and ship the corrected wig back to you or arrange for in-store pick-up. We're committed to meeting your expectations.

La' Wig staff decides on new wig creation based on quality control checks and feedback. Plan for an additional 2 weeks - 2 months for adjustments if needed. If clients request a new wig, they must place another order online or request a manual invoice, with all costs borne by the client. Plan for 0-3 months for a new half weft wig and and 6-7 months for a new full lace wig.

We strive for excellence, but we understand that we are not your everyday stylist. If your correction consultations with our stylists happens more than two interactions, we will return the wig or request in-store pick-up and encourage you to consult with your professional stylist for advice on color, cut, and style.
