FAQ
-
We offer a range of high-quality wigs, including frontal wigs and full lace, glue-less wigs. Our wigs are made from 100% premium human hair, providing a natural look and feel.
-
We offer two types of wigs: frontal wigs and full lace, glue-less wigs. Both are designed to be worn without glue or tape, though they can be used for added security. Frontal wigs feature open lace from ear to ear and from the hairline to the middle of the head, with thin, undetectable wefts in the back that blend seamlessly when touched. These wigs require a wig grip, which can be purchased on Amazon, and ship faster. For full lace wigs, we recommend placing custom orders at least 5 months prior to any special event to ensure timely delivery.
-
No! All of our wigs are glue-less and designed for a secure fit. Frontal wigs may require a wig grip for added security, but no tape or glue is needed.
-
The wigs displayed on our website are frontal wigs. If you'd like a wig shown on the site to be made into a full lace, glue-less wig, please contact us. Please note, there will be an additional cost for this modification. Alternatively, you can design your custom full lace wig in our 'Custom Wig' option.
-
With proper care and maintenance, our wigs can last up to 2 years. We recommend following our care instructions to ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your wig.
-
Yes, we recommend having a professional hairstylist re-color your wig. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the re-coloring process. If you would like our colorist to handle the coloring for you, please contact us. You will be responsible for shipping the wig to our colorist in Houston, TX, and arranging for return shipping once completed.

- Wash your wig no more than 3 times a month.
- Wash and condition with cool, lukewarm water.
- Use a paddle brush to gently detangle your wig.
- Part the wig where needed before blow-drying or air-drying.
- You can use heat on your wig, but be cautious to avoid heat damage, just as you would with human hair.
- For shampoo and conditioner:
- If the wig feels different after drying, rewash it.
- If it still doesn't feel the same, avoid using that particular shampoo or conditioner in the future.
- You can technically use the products of your choice.
- Do not machine wash or dry your wig as you would with clothes.
- Use light oils and hairspray for styling.

No. We do not submit claims to insurance providers. Clients are responsible for paying for their wig upfront and may request a PDF receipt showing a $0 balance. Clients will need to file the claim directly with their insurance company and provide them with the payment receipt. Reimbursement is dependent on the insurance provider’s policies. To determine your out-of-pocket costs, we recommend providing your insurance company with the total cost at checkout before making your purchase.
